1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions: The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. Certain items, such as personal care products, opened oils, balms, or disposable supplies, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or defective products are eligible for a refund or replacement (see Section 3).

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on: Opened or used massage oils, balms, or other liquid-based products. Disposable supplies such as sheets, towels, or gloves. Gift cards and promotional items. Clearance or final sale products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@samsara.com.au with the following details: Order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on product availability.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
